We're thrilled to share that ORCA Opti's Founder and Managing Director, Kathryn Giudes, has been named a finalist in the Entrepreneur/Founder category at the 2026 Women Leading Tech Awards, presented by Atlassian B&T.
The awards celebrate women and gender-diverse leaders making meaningful change within their organisations and across the wider technology community B&T and being recognised among this year's exceptional group of finalists is an honour.
Kathryn founded ORCA Opti to bring AI-native GRC and cybersecurity to regulated organisations operating inside Microsoft 365, with a particular focus on defence and critical infrastructure supply chains across the Five Eyes nations. Being shortlisted alongside such impressive founders reflects the growing recognition of the vital role that compliance and cybersecurity innovation plays in Australia and the Five Eye's tech landscape.
The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on 20 March at the ICC in Sydney B&T. This year, a donation to the Tsitsi Foundation is included with every ticket, supporting clean water access for women-led communities in rural Zimbabwe B&T a cause close to the spirit of the awards.
We're proud to be part of a program that champions the incredible women building the future of Australian tech. Fingers crossed for the 20th!
