Trouble signing in?

Most sign-in issues come down to one of three things. Pick the closest match below and we'll point you at the fix.

“My IT admin needs to approve ORCA Opti”

This is by far the most common case. Microsoft 365 lets your IT admin decide which apps can access your tenant. Until they approve ORCA Opti, regular users see a sign-in error.

The fix is a short email to your admin. We've written a template that explains what ORCA Opti is, what permissions it asks for, and why it's safe.

“My admin can't or won't approve”

Sometimes the answer is no, or the answer is “we need to ask more questions first.” Both are fine. We've been through this conversation with hundreds of IT teams and can usually clear it up in one call.

“I don't use Microsoft 365”

ORCA Opti is built on the Microsoft 365 security graph today. If your organisation runs on a different platform, we can't onboard you just yet, but we're tracking demand carefully and platform expansion is something we're actively evaluating.
