Your hosts
A founder and a customer, not a panel of consultants.

Kathryn Giudes
Founder & Managing Director, ORCA Opti
Two decades inside Microsoft and Amazon, most recently leading the Xbox Games Marketplace and Microsoft Store Online. Has sat on multiple ASX-listed boards and built ORCA Opti to close the gap between what big enterprises can afford and what everyone else gets access to.

Yupin Robson MSc MBA
Operations Manager, South Coast Renal
A microbiologist turned entrepreneur, investor and SheEO activator, with two decades in medical sales and marketing across Australian and global markets. At South Coast Renal, her team uses Opti Assist to turn forty-five-minute searches through trial protocols and pharmacy manuals into seconds, every answer cited back to its source. Joins Kat to walk through how citations and human-in-the-loop checks turn AI from a risk into evidence the team can audit.
Why we're running this
Most Australian organisations can't see how their team is actually using AI.
The risk is not that AI will replace your team. The risk is that nobody can see what your team has already done. Regulators have moved. Most organisations have not.
85.7%
of knowledge workers now use AI at work (Cyberhaven, 2026)
72.8%
of those on personal accounts their employer can't see (Cyberhaven, 2026)
36%+
of Australian professionals have exposed sensitive company data to AI platforms (Josys, 2025)
11%
of what employees paste into AI tools is confidential (Cyberhaven, 2026)
What you'll walk away with
Forty minutes you can actually use on Monday morning.
A clear picture of the visibility gap
Kat walks through where shadow AI is actually sitting inside Australian organisations today, the data that's already left, and the regulatory floor that's quietly risen under it.
What governed AI looks like in real hands
A live segment with Yupin's team at South Coast Renal, turning forty-five-minute searches through trial protocols into seconds, every answer cited back to its source.

We'll send you our short self-assessment checklist when you register, so you can start mapping your own organisation's exposure before the webinar.

A few questions
Quick answers
- Is it really free? Will it be a sales pitch?
- Yes free, and no. The session is built around the problem and what governing AI actually looks like in practice. There's a short live look at Opti Assist (the same product we're releasing publicly), but the webinar's job is to be useful, not to sell.
- Will it be recorded?
- Yes. Every registrant gets the recording afterwards, so register even if you can't attend live.
- What time is 11am AEST in my time zone?
- 11am Brisbane and Sydney (AEST), 10:30am Adelaide (ACST), 9am Perth (AWST), 1pm Auckland (NZST). The hour offset from AEDT does not apply in June.
- Do I need to be on Microsoft 365 to attend?
- No. Anyone with a browser and a Teams link can attend. Opti Assist itself runs in Microsoft 365, but the webinar is open to everyone.
- Can my team come too?
- Please share the link. Each attendee should register individually so we can send them the recording and the mini-audit.
Forty minutes that pay back the rest of the year.
